Example User Stories

We could write user stories for the problems on the previous slide as:

• As a teacher, I want to see all the students who have not submitted their homework, so I can check in with them and help them
• As a parent, I want to see how well my kid is doing in their homework, so that I know what to help them study

The user stories that we come up with don't include solutions, they focus on people's needs and wants.

We come up with lots of ideas for solutions in the next step (Ideate)
