Define 🎯

In the Define step, we look at what people need and what the common needs are - where students, teachers and parents are saying they need similar things.

Designers often create 'user stories' in this step, which are a description of what people need from a solution and why they need it. For example, students need to know what homework they have and when it's due.

User stories are usually written like this: 'As a [user], I [want to], [so that]', for example: 'As a student, I want to see all the homework tasks I have due, so I can plan my study around my hobbies and sports'.
